It started in the Bronx in 1940, when two men named Giuseppe — Giuseppe Perrotta and Giuseppe Bevilacqua — purchased an old establishment on Castle Hill Avenue and gave it a name that would last for generations: Joe & Joe. For 64 years, it was a cornerstone of the East Bronx — feeding families, hosting community groups, and building a reputation for Italian cooking that had no equal in the neighborhood.
Every item is prepared to order using only the finest ingredients.
